Web Media BB provides website design services using WordPress and Elementor. We offer template-based and custom-built websites for sports organizations, personal brands, and small businesses.

Each plan includes the features listed on our Pricing Page and may vary in delivery time and scope.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments, unless a monthly service (e.g., maintenance) is selected.

• Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun.
  
  

3. Revisions Policy

• The Starter Plan includes 1 revision round.

• The Pro Plan includes 2 revision rounds.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on time and scope.
  Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the design draft.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

To begin your project, you agree to provide:

• Logo, brand colors, images, and content (unless content creation is included)

• Timely feedback and communication during the design process

• Domain and hosting credentials if applicable

Delays in providing required materials may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Ownership & Use

Upon full payment, you will own the completed website and its content. Web Media BB may feature your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Templates or demo designs may be reused or modified for other clients.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may include integrations with third-party platforms such as:

• WordPress

• Elementor

• Google Fonts

• Google Analytics

You acknowledge that use of these tools is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Maintenance & Support

We offer optional monthly maintenance plans to help keep your website updated, secure, and optimized. This is a separate service not included in the base design plans unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Web Media BB is not responsible for:

• Hosting interruptions or downtime from third-party providers

• SEO performance results or traffic guarantees

• Client-supplied content accuracy or legality
